Terms Of Service

These terms apply to the use of this website and to consulting, registration, web design and automation services delivered by Purposeful Partners Consulting. Your signed proposal or service agreement sits above these terms wherever the two differ.

Engaging Us

An engagement begins when you accept a written proposal or service agreement and pay any deposit stated in it. That document sets your scope, deliverables, fees and timeline.

Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it. We will not quietly expand work and invoice you for it.

Fees And Payment

Fees are quoted in Australian dollars and are exclusive of third party costs unless stated otherwise. Approved quality auditor fees, ASIC fees, screening checks, insurance premiums, domain and hosting costs and software subscriptions are paid by you directly or reimbursed at cost.

Invoices are payable within seven days. We may pause work on overdue accounts after written notice.

Your Responsibilities

Registration and compliance work depends on information only you can provide. Delays caused by outstanding information are not delays we can absorb.

  • Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documents
  • Nominate a decision maker who can respond within reasonable timeframes
  • Maintain current insurances, screening checks and qualifications
  • Implement the systems we document, because auditors assess practice, not paperwork

Outcomes And What We Do Not Guarantee

We prepare, advise and support you to a high standard. Registration decisions are made by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission and audit findings are made by independent approved quality auditors, so no consultant can guarantee approval, an approval date, revenue or participant numbers.

We are not a law firm, accountant or insurance broker. Our advice is consulting advice and does not replace legal, tax or financial advice.

Intellectual Property

Templates, frameworks, training material and system configurations we create remain our intellectual property. On full payment you receive a perpetual licence to use the deliverables within your own business.

You may not resell, licence or distribute our documents or training material to other providers or consultants without written permission.

Confidentiality

Each party keeps the other's confidential information confidential, including participant, staff and commercial information, and uses it only for the engagement. Our handling of personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Cancellation And Refunds

Either party may end an engagement with 14 days written notice. Work completed and third party costs incurred up to that date are payable. Deposits cover scoping and mobilisation and are non refundable once that work has started.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits or lost participant revenue.

Website Use

Content on this site is general information, not advice for your specific circumstances. We keep it accurate and current but NDIS rules change, so confirm anything decision critical with us or with the Commission before acting on it.

Governing Law And Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Questions about them can be sent to support@purposefulpartnersconsulting.com.au or +61 480 893 754.
